Editable Assets
Everything here is customizable so you can change them however you want -- adjusting dates, designs, pictures etc.
We recommend Canva -- it's a great (free) tool -- and makes sharing easy. I'm sharing templates below so you can just copy them.
Add your logo or replace the Level Method logo with yours, so don't just take them and push them out -- update it with your logo!
Resilience Challenge can be done either at home or in the gym. For gyms that are open, or when any temporary shutdowns are lifted they will come back to class and still do the challenge.
Communication Templates
Some done for you text for emails / posts to promote the challenge and just communicate with everyone on what is going on.

Resilience Challenge Flyer
Use Canva to edit the flyer, add your gym logo and add anything to the More Info. You can then download as a PDF and send or post.

Resilience Challenge Tracker
Use Canva to edit the tracker to add/change your logo. If you want to change any other text or options you can also do so, but make sure you also change the detailed info document as well as the webinar slides that also have those options. We also have an online tracker spreadsheet you can use, watch the video where Sean goes over how to use and edit the documents.
