Home Workouts Overview

Whether you are running a challenge or not, these home workouts can be delivered to your clients during time of gym closures. We will have 6 weeks of workouts (5 workouts per week) we do not recommend high intensity training more than that given the goal to support immunity. Too much exercise for those not used to volume can create more stress physically and lower immunity instead of support it. So program walks outside or mobility in between for your clients. 

At Home Workouts

If you need to edit go to File -> Make a Copy( Make sure to change the folder you are saving to). But note that workouts are constantly being added here and making a copy you need to come back to this file to get the new workouts.
